The opportunity
You’ll be a member of the HR team and own Talent Acquisition end-to-end in a global, fast-moving environment—designing our hiring engine, shaping culture, and building lightweight, scalable HR processes.
What you’ll do
Talent acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and interview plans.
- Source, engage, and close top talent—especially US tax professionals and software engineers.
- Run the full funnel: job posts, outreach, screening, structured interviews, references, and background checks.
- Maintain a clean, data-driven pipeline in our ATS and report weekly on funnel metrics and time-to-hire.
- Build employer brand through campaigns on LinkedIn, targeted communities, universities, and professional groups.
- Manage agencies selectively (when ROI-positive) and own offer process and compensation bands in partnership with Finance.
HR - Own onboarding globally (contracts, IT access, orientation, 30/60/90 plans).
- Drive our performance and feedback cycles; coach managers on goal-setting and calibration.
- Track engagement, retention, and turnover, and propose practical improvements.
- Keep policies simple and compliant (time-off, benefits, work hours, remote norms) across locations; coordinate with PEO/partners where needed.
- Advise managers on employee relations and issue resolution with a fair, compliant, and low-drama approach.
What you’ve done
- 3–5 years in recruiting and HR, including full-cycle hiring across time zones.
- Proven success hiring tax professionals at different levels; success in hiring technical (engineering) talent is a big plus.
- Strong direct-sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound campaigns, communities, referrals).
- Hands-on with ATS/HRIS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever, Rippling/HiBob/Deel) and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable with U.S. employment basics and working with international teams.
- Organized, data-minded, and great at influencing busy stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth tech/fintech or a services organization with a high bar for talent.
- Employer branding/playbooks and campus programs.
- Familiarity with payroll/benefits via PEOs (e.g., Rippling/Justworks/Deel).
- Finance background.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and compliance.
