We’re looking for a Client Engagement & Loyalty Manager to lead the charge in turning satisfied clients into long-term advocates.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for designing and executing programs that drive client retention, elevate satisfaction, and fuel referrals. A core part of your role will be curating and running small to medium-sized client and partner events that deepen relationships, highlight Gelt’s expertise, and build a thriving community. Your work will directly impact how clients perceive and interact with Gelt—through meaningful content, authentic success stories, and a trusted partner ecosystem that supports their financial journey well beyond tax season.

Your Responsibilities

Referral Program Leadership

  • Own the strategy and execution of Gelt’s client referral engine—campaigns, systems, incentives, and tracking
  • Develop scalable messaging and tools that clients can easily share: email templates, social blurbs, branded pages
  • Create urgency and momentum with seasonal referral pushes and spotlight success stories
  • Regularly analyze referral data to refine strategies by segment and trigger

Client Advocacy & Storytelling

  • Build and manage a repeatable system for sourcing, interviewing, and publishing client testimonials and case studies
  • Tailor stories by sector—tech, healthcare, real estate, and more—to highlight tangible outcomes and Gelt’s strategic value
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote stories across channels, including email, website, and social media
  • Invite standout clients to participate in expert panels, podcast episodes, and spotlight interviews

Partner Ecosystem Activation

  • Work closely with our financial, legal, and wealth management partners to provide extended value to clients
  • Curate and maintain a partner resource hub to surface relevant experts based on client needs
  • Host joint events with partners—from roundtables and lunch-and-learns to virtual masterclasses—that enrich client relationships
  • Integrate partner offerings and education into onboarding, newsletters, and client Q&A events

Year-Round Engagement & Events

  • Plan, manage, and execute small to medium-sized client and partner events (both virtual and in-person) that foster community, education, and advocacy
  • Curate themed client dinners in collaboration with Sales and Product to strengthen advocacy, deepen relationships, and surface insights that inform product-market fit
  • Plan and manage monthly content touchpoints—educational emails, tax tip series, livestreams, and event invites
  • Implement automated client journeys for onboarding, document reminders, and re-engagement
  • Create interactive experiences such as polls, livestream Q&As, and short explainers to boost engagement

What Success Looks Like

  • Quarter-over-quarter growth in referral volume and conversion
  • A consistent pipeline of sector-specific testimonials and case studies
  • Strong attendance and engagement at client and partner events, including themed client dinners
  • Increased interaction with emails, webinars, and partner resources
  • Improved client retention across core customer segments
  • A stronger presence of Gelt clients and partners in our public brand narrative

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years experience in customer marketing, lifecycle, advocacy, or event marketing—preferably in a client services, fintech, or SaaS environment
  • Experience generating high-quality client stories and testimonials at scale
  • Experience planning and executing client/partner events (virtual and in-person)
  • Strong written communication and interviewing skills
  • Detail-oriented project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (e.g., Hubspot), event tools, and basic design/video editing platforms
  • Bonus: Experience in tax, financial services, or as a CPA is a strong plus
