About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to create AI-driven solutions that simplify tax processes. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and tax experts to design intuitive products that empower both our teams and end users.

We’re looking for someone with a “let’s make it happen” mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for detailed instructions, moves fast without losing focus, and knows how to drive execution in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, from research to implementation.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex tax workflows.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform improvements.
• Analyze user data to identify pain points and propose solutions.
• Create prototypes and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering for high-quality implementation.
• Partner with tax experts to simplify intricate processes.
• Support our branding and marketing operation when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience with design systems and tools like Figma.
• Skilled in user research, testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interaction, visual design, and prototyping skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Ideal Qualities

• Experience in fintech or B2C SaaS.
• Knowledge of financial or tax-related products.
• Familiarity with US tax workflows.
• Passion for simplifying complex systems.
